Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of The Tidy Swan website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Tidy Swan LLC is a professional organising company registered in the United Arab Emirates. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or engage our services.

Our Services

The Tidy Swan provides professional decluttering and organising services including, but not limited to:

• Home Harmonising — residential decluttering and organising
• Business Harmonising — commercial workspace organisation
• Newlyweds Harmonising — home setup for newly married couples
• Virtual Harmonising — remote consulting sessions
• Refresh Harmonising — follow-up services for existing clients

All services are subject to a free initial consultation. The scope, timeline and pricing of each project will be confirmed in writing via a personalised proposal before any work commences.

Service Limitations

Our services are limited to decluttering, organising and space harmonising. We do not provide cleaning, removal, disposal, moving or construction services, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Booking & Payment

Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from The Tidy Swan and payment of any agreed deposit. Submission of a booking form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED). The prices displayed on our website are indicative starting points only. Final pricing is confirmed in writing following your free consultation and project assessment.

Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking
• The remaining balance is due on the day of service completion
• For larger projects spanning multiple sessions, a payment schedule will be agreed in advance
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellations

• More than 48 hours notice: Full deposit refund
• 24–48 hours notice: 50% of deposit refunded
• Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit is forfeited
• Same-day cancellations: Full session fee may be charged

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a booking with more than 48 hours notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee.

Our Cancellations

In the unlikely event that The Tidy Swan must cancel a confirmed booking, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative date at the client's preference.

Limitation of Liability

The Tidy Swan takes every care when working in your home or business. However, to the extent permitted by UAE law:

• We are not responsible for any accidental damage to items that are not clearly identified as fragile or valuable
• Clients are responsible for informing us of any fragile, valuable or irreplaceable items before a session begins
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid for the specific session in which any incident occurred
• We accept no liability for decisions made by the client regarding what to keep, donate or discard

We carry professional liability insurance. Details are available upon request.

Client Conduct & Working Environment

To ensure a productive and respectful working relationship, we ask that clients:

• Provide a safe and accessible working environment
• Be present or have an authorised adult representative present during sessions
• Treat The Tidy Swan team with respect and courtesy
• Provide accurate information about the scope and nature of the project

The Tidy Swan reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a client or their property poses a risk to our team's safety or wellbeing.

Intellectual Property

All content on The Tidy Swan website — including text, graphics, images, logos, printables and design — is the intellectual property of The Tidy Swan LLC and is protected under UAE and international copyright law.

Our free printables are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission from The Tidy Swan.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
